The National Institute of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM), intends to award a sole source award for the Professional Support and Provision of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Consolidated Colocation Site (NCCS) via the GSA Schedule. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 518210. This requirement is been synopsized for Open Market items to be procured the GSA schedule under Optional support in the future that may exceed $25K. It is NLM's intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source basis to Lumen Technologies under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4 Federal Supply Schedule.
