This contract will address requirements of the TS office for credentialing management support that will focus on technical expertise for credentials issued using the TSA's Security Threat Assessment (STA). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, within 10 days of posting this Notice of Intent. This notice of intent is not a re-quest for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the dis-cretion of the Government. Information received will nor-mally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
