The requirement consists of CLINs 0001–0003: Hamilton VANTAGE 2.0 systems, one each; CLIN 0004: Hamilton STAR system, one each; CLINs 0005–0006: Hamilton STARlet systems, one each; and CLIN 0007: Hamilton Labelite Decapper, one each. Required configurations, accessories, software/licenses, installation, training, verification materials, warranty coverage, and trade-in requirements are identified in Section C of the attached RFQ. The RFQ specifies Hamilton brand-name products and does not request equal products. Delivery is required within 90 calendar days after award, F.O.B. destination.
