This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Phantom Lights, Inc IAW FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source, resulting from proprietary technology. Please see attachment for subject Salient Characteristics.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) has been determined to be 335139 - Electric Lamp Bulb and Other Lighting Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; no solicitation or Request for Quotes will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12 June 2025 at 12:00 P.M. Alaska Time.

The capability documentation should include product specifications. All documents submitted will not be returned. If any vendor believes they can match the product listed in the Salient Characteristics, please reach out to the following Points of Contact:
