## Description

The 766 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron intends to award a firm fixed price contract, to Johnson Controls Alaksa Office located at 4000 W Dimind Blvd, Ste 240, Anchorage, AK, 99502. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for O&M services on the Johnson Controls proprietary METASYS System across multiple Alaska Radar System Sites. This requirement includes but is not limited to preventaive maintenance inspections and any repairs/upgrades needed. This effort has a period of performance of 1 year, with two one year options.
