## Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to solicit under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) from a single source to Carl Zeiss Microscopy LLC. located at 1 North Broadway Suite 1501. This contract will provide ongoing Zeiss product protection service to include inspection, maintenance, and training required by the Operational Technology Division of the FBI. It was determined that for this contract action, circumstances deem Carl Zeiss Microscopy LLC. the one source reasonably available for the required service.
