Remove old and install new SCIF door and frame. The contract period of performance is: 12 Sep 2025 to 02 Nov 2025 The contractor will provide all services per SOW. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation {FAR) Part 13.106-l(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304{c){l) implemented by the FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled \"Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements\".
