## Description

**Amendment 1:** The purpose of the amendment 1 is to respond to vendor's questions. See attachment titled: 7. 75R60225Q00082 Amend 0001. Dear all, This combined synopsis/solicitation 75R60225Q00182 is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The BPA shall have one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. All questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2025, at 10:00AM Eastern Time via email to Imelda Rocha at irocha@hrsa.gov.
