## Description

The purpose of this requirement is as follows:

To finalize activities and close-out the remaining activities for the UIP, ARP Rural, and the PRF General and Targeted Distribution programs and transfer data to the Government. The activities covered by this contract include:

processing of payment returns; supporting providers through Provider Support Services; responding to law enforcement requests; responding to requests pertaining to audits/assessments; and continuing to support provider Communications and Correspondence, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and Congressional and media requests for PRF and UIP as they wind down.
