This notice serves as official notification that Solicitation No. 75P00125R00028 is cancelled. Due to significant programmatic changes and shifts in agency operational objectives, the current Request for Proposals (Quote) no longer accurately reflects the Government’s requirements. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation are hereby rejected. The agency does not intend to issue a revised solicitation.
