## Description

The purpose of Amendment No. 4 is to provide the correct SF424A spreadsheet, titled "75N99224R00001 - SF424A Cost Proposal Spreadsheet UPDATED VERSION" for proposers submitting proposals for cooperative agreements. Cooperative Agreement proposals are to be submitted to Grants.gov. As a reminder, proposals are invite-only and a proposal must have been requested to submit a proposal for this solicitation. The purpose of Amendment No. 3 is to provide the SF424A Cost Proposal Spreadsheet for proposers submitting proposals for cooperative agreements. In addition, for the purpose of clarity, the amendment renames the previous cost proposal spreadsheet to Other Transaction Cost Proposal Spreadshseet. The Other Transaction Cost Proposal Spreadsheet is for proposers submitting proposals for other transactions.
