## Description

Contractor shall provide complete lawn and grounds maintenance service that reflects and advances NIEHS’ commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. This contract will include but not limited to maximizing ornamental and aesthetic aspects of the landscape, excavation and snow and ice removal for the NIEHS campus. Additionally, the contractor shall supply total waste management program that manages, tracks and reports all waste streams through a single point of contact.
