## Description

The National Institute on Aging (NIA) and the Center for Alzheimer's and Related Dementias (CARD) requires Single Cell Multiome kits to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative disease with Lewy body pathology. CARD will use these reagents to study the molecular differences and similarities between Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia with Lewy bodies and neurologically normal individuals. This spatial analysis will allow us to see which parts of the brain are affected and examine how things are dysregulated in different diseases. This may contribute to identifying therapeutic genes and pathways that can be targeted to improve symptoms and disease states.

Please see the attached product description for a complete list of items required and the sailenent charecteristics required for each.
