To support this research, the laboratory developed a mouse embryonic stem cell line in which the EXOSC10 protein contains a three-times FLAG tag, allowing the protein to be detected and enriched using an anti-FLAG antibody. Because the genome-wide binding pattern of EXOSC10 has not been fully characterized, antibody qualification is required before conducting chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing.
