he Germino Laboratory within the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, Kidney Diseases Branch requires the acquisition of a digital microscope slide scanner. This system will be used to convert standard glass microscope slides into digital images for viewing, review, sharing, and storage in support of laboratory research activities.? ? The laboratory performs slide-based analysis as part of ongoing research efforts and requires the ability to access and review slide materials in a digital format within the laboratory environment.?
