Objectives include: Enable high-resolution fluorescence and brightfield imaging of biological specimens, including fixed cells, live cells, and tissue sections from pre-clinical mouse models. Support visualization and quantification of gene expression, vector distribution, cellular pathology, and therapeutic response. Enhance experimental efficiency, reproducibility, and data quality through integrated imaging, automation, and analysis capabilities. Reduce dependency on shared imaging facilities and improve turnaround time for time-sensitive experiments.
