## Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Services (ORS), Events Management Branch (EMB) is requesting proposals in order to negotiate and award a single award IDIQ contract for American Sign Language Interpreting and CART Accommodation Services with Captioning and Other Accessibility Services. Please refer to the attached RFP for details.

Reinstate the subject Request for Proposals (RFP), revising the proposals due date; Provide responses to questions from potential offerors, regarding the solicitation; Revise the RFP due to questions and updates to policies and procedures; and Update the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to a Statement of Work (SOW), removing the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
