## Description

DESCRIPTION The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM), User Services and Collection Division (USCD) requires the services of a full-time onsite conservation technician.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
