## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation document is issued as an RFQ to provide Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Government-Owned Mass Spectrometry Equipment at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) located in Research Triangle Park, NC. This acquisition is being conducted using the procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12.6, "Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items" as supplemented by the Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR).

The anticipated single award requirements contract will be used to execute preventative maintenance, emergency and routine repairs and relocation of Government-Owned Mass Spectrometry Equipment defined with a Statement of Work (SOWs). The requirement has an anticipated firm fixed price for 6-months period from date of award. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, Effective April 22, 2024.
