DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT Purchase Description Characterization of MRC1/CD206 glycosylation in macrophages. The purpose of this project is to characterize the glycosylation profile of CD206 using mass spectrometry-based glycoproteomics approach. Purpose and Objectives Included in this process is the development of new and promising therapeutics for the potential modulation of the immune system. NCATS is characterizing small molecule modulators of CD206 and requires a more nuanced understanding of the receptor glycosylation.
