These maintenance services shall be provided by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)-Authorized Service Provider of the Siemens Magnetom Terra 7T MRI Scanner, and all maintenance services shall be performed by OEM certified factory-trained technicians using OEM certified parts.
