## Description

**Amendment 2 UPDATE 11/20:** The PURPOSE of this amendment is to 1) provide government responses to interested offeror questions and 2) extend the deadline for proposals to 11/25/24 at 2pm EST.

**Amendment 1 UPDATE 11/13:** Responses to questions are expected to be distributed the week of 11/18/24 via an update to this SAM.gov posting. The new deadline for proposals is 11/22/24 at 9am EST. Please see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
