NOTICE OF AWARD. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSALS. On September 24, 2024; in response to the requirements of Solicitation 75N95024Q00456, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) awarded a Purchase Order No. 75N95024P00624 to The Trustees of The University of Pennsylvania for Just-In-Time Adaptive Interventions for Addictive Behaviors (JITAI) services.
