Background: Neurocognitive Aging Section (NAS) needs to renew and upgrade software subscriptions and support services for MBF Bioscience products that they use in conjunction with their microscope systems in order to continue ongoing NAS experiments. Purpose and Objectives: NAS staff conducts numerous experiments that include morphometric analysis of brain tissue visualized on one of their microscope systems. To do this, NAS has equipped their microscope/imaging systems with MBF Bioscience software that allows for analysis such as cell counting, cell size assessment, neuron tracing, and tract tracing. In order for these systems to continue to work properly NAS needs to renew the software subscription and support services for this fiscal year.
