## Description

Preventative Maintenance and Service Agreement for Leica Stellaris 8 Spectral White Light Laser Confocal Microscope System . Please refer to Attachment 1 – Statement of Work for the salient characteristics and detailed description of this requirement. NIMH anticipates that the Base Period of performance for this requirement shall be March 3, 2024 – March 2, 2025. In accordance with 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, NIDA anticipates the need for four (4) additional 12-month periods of performance.
