## Description

The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) is seeking to procure 40 unreserved parking spaces to support the Return to In-Person Work initiative for its staff members. This effort is crucial for ensuring that employees at the NIAAA office located at 6700 Rockledge Drive have a dedicated parking location.

Given that there is no other available parking within walking distance that meets the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, these spaces must be compliant with ADA standards to ensure that all staff, including those with disabilities, have access to safe and accessible parking.
