## Description

This acquisition is for a 1-year subscription to the University of Chicago (UC) for use of their software named Globus GridFTP. UC will allow the National Cancer Institute (NCI) unlimited use of Globus GridFTP. UC will also provide technical support for issues that arise during the term of the subscription
