## Description

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH), Division of Intramural Research (DIR), Section on Affective Neuroscience and Pain (SANP) has a need for one (1) Brand Name or Equal QST Lab Thermal Cutaneous Stimulator (TCS II.1.b) System and associated components.

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13– Simplified Acquisition.
