\n\nQuoters may submit up to three (3) recent and relevant past performance references for projects similar in scope, size, and complexity to the requirements of this solicitation.
\n\nEach past performance reference shall include:
\n\nThe Government may use the information provided, as well as information obtained from other available sources, to evaluate the Quoter's past performance.
\n\nFactor 2 – Price
\n\nThe Government will evaluate the total evaluated price based on the CLIN structure provided in Attachment No. 1 – Pricing Schedule, which quoter must utilize for quote submission.
\n\nThe quoted price shall include all costs necessary to successfully fulfill the requirements of the solicitation, including the cost of the items, shipping, freight, handling, transportation, delivery, and any other incidental costs necessary to complete delivery to the designated delivery location(s). No additional charges will be permitted unless specifically authorized by the Government.

\n\nEVALUATION FACTORS AND REQUIRED QUOTE INFORMATION
\n\nQuoters shall submit sufficient information for the Government to evaluate each of the following factors. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the quotation being excluded from consideration.
\n\nFactor 1 – Relevant Past Performance
\n\nQuoters may submit up to three (3) recent and relevant past performance references for projects similar in scope, size, and complexity to the requirements of this solicitation.
\n\nEach past performance reference shall include:
\n\nThe Government may use the information provided, as well as information obtained from other available sources, to evaluate the Quoter's past performance.
\n\nFactor 2 – Price
\n\nThe Government will evaluate the total evaluated price based on the CLIN structure provided in Attachment No. 1 – Pricing Schedule, which quoter must utilize for quote submission.
\n\nThe quoted price shall include all costs necessary to successfully fulfill the requirements of the solicitation, including the cost of the items, shipping, freight, handling, transportation, delivery, and any other incidental costs necessary to complete delivery to the designated delivery location(s). No additional charges will be permitted unless specifically authorized by the Government.
\n\nQuoters shall complete and submit Attachment No. 1 – Pricing Schedule with their quotation.
\n\nREQUIRED QUOTATION SUBMISSIONS
\n\nAt a minimum, Quoters shall submit the following with their quotation:
\n\nFailure to submit required documentation may result in the quotation being excluded from consideration.
