The associated NAICS code for this request is 339115. The sole-source procurement award will be issued to L1 Enterprises, Inc. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed vendor, possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. In accordance with FAR 5.207 all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
