## Description

**UPDATE TO OPPORTUNITY** As a result of the May 17th site visit, the SOW has been changed to include an additional number of trees to be trimmed. Please see attached new documents as well as answers to questions raised at the site vist. If you have already submitted a quote, please update your quote if necessary or send an additional response ackowleging this amendment if there is no change in price.

New deadline is May 28th, 2024 at 10am PST All proposals must be sent to gregory.mcdonald@ihs.gov by 10:00 PST May 28th 2024 Indian Health Service White River Service Unit requires a contract for Landscaping Services (Tree Trimming) in Whiteriver, AZ. Please see attached SOW for details. There will be a site vist on Friday, May 17th at 11am. Please see attached document labeled pre-bid site visit for more info.
