The anticipated acquisition includes software, software licensing, hardware, implementation, project management, installation, workflow configuration, training, warranty, maintenance, and technical support necessary to support patient check-in, virtual queuing, patient notification, digital signage, reporting, administrative dashboards, and related operational capabilities. The anticipated period of performance will be a base period of 12 months and four (4) one (1) year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services, with a small business size standard of $34. million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00216 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by August 6, 2026.
