**THIS IS AN INDIAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE (ISBEE) SET-ASIDE** The Indian Health Center, Four Corners Regional Health Center located at JCT US Highway 160 & Navajo Route 35 Red Mesa, AZ 86514 has a requirement for miscellaneous Triage D-dimer test kits. The Blanket Purchase Agreement will be issued with a base year plus three (4) option years. The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until Thursday 03/26/2026 @ 12:00pm MST. To be considered for award, your offer shall include the following documents/information listed in the attached solicitation.
