## Description

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 and Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) located in/at Highway 98 and Navajo Route 16, Tonalea, AZ 86044 has a requirement for infectious waste collection and disposal services.
