## Description

Non-Personal Healthcare Service Contract for two (2) Inpatient Pediatric Nurses in the Inpatient Pediatrics department at the Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock, NM, 87420. Period of Performance will include a Base Period (6-months) + Option Period (6-months) both equaling 1 full year (12-months) from date of award. And an additional 4 Option Periods (6-months each). **It is the responsibility of the Offeror to submit only qualified, applicable, and available personnel. Any personnel submitted by multiple Offerors will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration.

Any offeror responses received that are not in Volume(s) format as instructed in Section E - Solicition Provisions will be marked as “non-responsive” and responses will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration.**
