## Description

Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC) must upgrade the electrical infrastructure for the Radiology department to support a new X-ray machine. The requirement is to provide and install a power conditioning system, removal of existing equipment, and verifying operation of the new power conditioner system in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance is six (6) months from date of award. Please find attached Solicitation No. 75H71025Q00122 and Statement of Work. **NOTICE** For quote submission instructions please refer to 52.212-1.
