## Description

CORRECTION TO NOTICE ID# 75H71025Q00105 TO 75H71025Q00159. The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit located at US Highway 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420-3790 has an upcoming requirement for duress buttons for staff and infants with hardware, training on use, and software maintenance. The project Period of Performance is delivery of hardware 60 days after award.

Annual Preventive Maintenance will be a Base Period of one year plus four option periods: May 5, 2025 to May 4, 2026, OP1 May 5, 2026 to May 4, 2027, OP2 May 5, 2027 to May 4, 2028, OP3 May 5, 2028 to May 4, 2029, OP4 May 5, 2029 to May 4, 2030.
