## Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Gallup Service Unit – Tohatchi Health Center, New Mexico, USA, is requesting for offerors to provide, Expired Medication Returns Services This procurment is conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.. Where as the Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award from this soliciitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered..

**CONTENT OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:** All offerors will submit the following documents to considered for award on or by the proposal submission deadline: 1. Technical proposal 2. Past Performance 3.
