Tracking Number: 75H71024Q00083 The Indian Health Service (IHS), Gallup Service Unit, located in Gallup, NM 87301 is seeking capable sources for providing requested services for Four (4) Registered Nurses in the Operating Room Department at the Gallup Indian Medical Center. The anticipated period of performance will be 10/01/2024 – 03/31/2025. The Period of Performance will be structured in six month periods as follows: Base Period: 10/01/2024 – 03/31/2025 Option Period 1: 04/01/2025 – 09/30/2025 Option Period 2: 10/01/2025 – 03/31/2026 Option Period 3: 04/01/2026 – 09/30/2026 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561320 – Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of 20,188 employees.
