## Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Henry Schein Practice Solutions. The company shall provide Dentrix Enterprise Electric Dental Record Support Services For example: Dentrix Software maintenance and technical support is required by the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Montana. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.

Firms that believe they can provide the software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 7 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
