## Description

Amendment 01 Effective 10/24/2025, Soliciation 75H70926Q00001 is cancelled in its entirety. After review of questions in response to this soliciation the Government identified issues within the Performance Work Statement that require major revision and will be reissued at a later date. End of Amendment 01 This is a Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

75H70926Q00001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Tele Behavioral Health & Tele Emergency Behavioral Health Services for the Billings Area Indian Health Service. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Items in conjunction FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract; FAR 37.4 Non-Personal Healthcare Services Contracts. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06.

**Set-Aside:** 100% Buy Indian Small Business Set-Aside (per 25 U.S.C. § 47) for eligible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE’s)

**Note:** Offerors must certify their eligibility under the Buy Indian Act. Only Offers from firms that meet the definition of an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise will be considered for award. In addition, Clause 352.226-6, Indian Economic Enterprise Subcontracting Limitation is included in this solicitation.
