The IHS anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order for the period of October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the equipment, and services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within the timeframe specified in the original notice by September 17, 2026. A determination by the Government not to complete this action is within the discretion of the Government.
