NAICS Code: 621399- Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners a. If a different NAICS code is suggested, please include the proposed NAICS code and rationale. 2. Description: The request is for an Orthodontic Dental Assistant to be provide non-personal healthcare services for the Albuquerque Indian Dental Clinic located at 9169 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque, 87120.
