Period of Performance is for one base year plus four option years, as follows: Base Year: 01/01/2026 – 12/31/2026 1st Option Year: 01/01/2027 – 12/31/2027 2nd Option Year: 01/01/2028 – 12/31/2028 3rd Option Year: 01/01/2029 – 12/31/2029 4th Option Year: 01/01/2030 – 12/31/2030 The estimated total value is below the simplified acquisition threshold. The sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirements and is based on market research. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of agency. The determination not to compete the proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
