## Description

Amendment No. 0001 is hereby issued to add Q&A to attachments, per FAR 15.201(f) and to correct number of annual claims from 96,000 to 14,400 claims/year

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for Remote Clearinghouse Services to be provided for the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center located in Towaoc, CO. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. For details, please refer to attached document titled “RFQ No. 75H70725Q00066” and all attachments. Please be sure to thoroughly review all documents.
