The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for Cepheid Test Kits to be delivered to the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center (UMUHC) located in Towaoc, CO. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13.
