Amendment No. 0001 is hereby issued to add Q&A to attachments, per FAR 15.201(f). The response date will be extended to Friday, March 7, 2025 by 5:30pm MST

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for an After-Hours Nurse Triage Phone Line to be provided for the Acoma-Cañoncito-Laguna (ACL) Indian Health Center in the Pueblo of Acoma, NM. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. For details, please refer to attached document titled “RFQ No. 75H70725Q00032” and all attachments. Please be sure to thoroughly review all documents.

Per FAR 15.201 - Exchanges with Industry, before receipt of proposals, please include “RFQ No. 75H70725Q00032” in the subject line when requesting information regarding the solicitation via e-mail only to Shandiin.DeWolfe@ihs.gov.
