The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for one (1) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide Non-Personal Healthcare Services for the New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center (NSRTC) located in Pueblo of Acoma, NM. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. For details, please refer to attached document titled “RFQ No. 75H70725Q00014” and all attachments. Please be sure to thoroughly review all documents.
