Amendment 1 is hereby attached to this Combined Synopsis/Soliciation for the questions received. Firm fixed-price, commercial item, non-personal service purchase order for Bio-Medical Waste Firm fixed-price, commercial item, non-personal service purchase order for Bio-Medical Waste Pick-up and Disposal Services for the Fort Yates IHS Hospital, Standing Rock Service Unit, Fort Yates, North Dakota.
