## Description

Amendment 0002 – Amendment 0002 and the Government's responses to questions regarding the solicitation have been posted. Please review Amendment 0002 and the attached questions and answers.

Amendment 0001 – The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date from September 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET to September 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This requirement is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. Quotes will be considered only from eligible ISBEEs under the applicable NAICS code.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. The Indian Health Service intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) Monitoring, Analytics, Reporting and Automation Enhancement. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 75H70426Q00050.
